Happy 4th of July!!

Or as Bridget calls it "Birthday Night in America!". I'm almost done with my baking for the celebration. I'm making 2 dozen strawberry cupcakes with cream cheese frosting, 2 dozen sno-ball inspired cupcakes with marshmallow/coconut frosting, a sheet pan of sugar cookie bars frosted with Magnolia Bakery's butter cream frosting and my BBQ taco platter! If the cupcakes turn out good I'll have pictures later.

I am also happy to say I got my first photo and recipe approved and posted at TasteSpotting!
